My First Visit
Consultation
On your first visit to our office you will be welcomed at the door with a warm smile from our chiropractic assistant. You will then be asked to complete the necessary new patient forms which will help us to gain some information about you and your primary health concern.
Dr. Mark will then give you a brief understanding of chiropractic and what you can expect from your initial visit with us. He will then ask you some specific questions regarding your primary health concern and to determine if chiropractic care may be of benefit to you. If the doctor can help you, he will let you know. However, if the doctor cannot help you, he will let you know that, also.
Examination
After a thorough consultation with the doctor, you will have a complete chiropractic examination. This will include a detailed postural exam to check for any shifts that might have occurred as a result of weakness in the spine caused by subluxation, x-rays to determine if there is any damage to the structures around the spine, and a computerized nervous system scan called the Insight Millennium to measure the effects of subluxation on your autonomic nervous system () and motor nervous system (). The doctor will gain an incredible amount of valuable information regarding your health concern and ultimately determine if subluxation is directly or indirectly influencing your lowered state of health.
Upon completion of your detailed chiropractic consultation and examination, a very special time will be reserved for Your Doctor’s Report.
